Core Circuit Training 105

'Tried and True' Core Exercises in a circuit format with Max and Sherri.

Core Training, (Abdominals, Obliques, Low Back, Glutes, Hamstrings) With Max and Sherri. Perform these five movements, in order, for 3 or 4 complete rotations and get a solid core workout! Move slowly - breathe on each repetition and take as little rest between sets as possible. This is an intermediate to advanced routine.
