Never too late to improve your health!
Thursday, December 4, 2008 at 07:00PM I’ll be turning 78 on December 15th. I’m a diabetic and about 20 pounds overweight, but other than that my doctor says I’m healthy for my age and most days I feel pretty good. I do notice that I’ve gotten weaker in the past few years and wondered if you thought it was too late or too risky to start working out with weights?
