Transition slowly from the treadmill to the great outdoors.
Friday, March 6, 2009 at 06:49PM As the weather gets nicer I am looking to run outside more, but the impact of outside running causes soreness in my knees and ankles and gives me shin splints. Any advice on what I can do before, during or after my runs so I am not as sore?
