Don't diet - Change your habits instead.

The whole concept of dieting is flawed because it is, by definition, temporary. In order to lose weight and KEEP IT OFF, you must change certain habits and adjust your life style. If you want to drop the extra 20lbs., that’s been nagging you for years, you could just stop eating carbohydrates and it will come right off.
